came to sheffield over 6 years ago and found it a lovely city as compared to birmingham where I lived briefly.
I like socialising when Iam not at work as opposed to the kind of life common in this part of the world where people are behind locked doors in their homes by 6pm in the evenning...do you this this increases chances of getting more stress and depression...??? or these are cultural differences where people are not bothered by being on their own with no other person to talk to apart from being on TELE..oh ho ho ho ho ...or is it prying into peoples' privacy...hope not....this is Franco's view of life...to be out going as long as iam living...........please reply if you care at all....
SHEFFIELD!
What a great place isn't it, Franco? Glad you like it here. WELCOME!
Your comments about Btits being very insular is sad but generally true, and i'm sure it does impoverish their lives. However, we are not all like that!! I'll buy you a coffee to prove it!

Hi Franco
I'm glad you like living in Sheffield - so many people have said to me how much friendlier Sheffield is for asylum-seekers and refugees compared to other places they've lived.
